My experience at Diamond braces is always great! The staff is super nice and my teeth look very good so far :)
I've been coming to these guys for two years and I have to say that I'm glad I didn't go anywhere else. I had a bit of a strange situation and Dr. Doug has been so kind and helpful every step of the way. All of the assistants are so sweet and everyone knows what they're doing. Everyone explains everything to you and they let you know exactly what's going on. Diamond braces is definitely the place to go if you've been considering braces.
They're really nice and good orthodontists... I recommend anyone to go there
I had a pretty good experience. I've been coming here for about 6 months now and every time I come here, the staff is very welcoming. Everyone says hi to me. They're also very gentle with my teeth and they take good care of me.
I came to know about diamond braces through a friend of NY amd so i decided to come from NJ all the way to NY. After my first appointment experience i really liked it they all were very friendly and nice. And within few days me and my sister started feeling the change..would highly recommend☺️
I always have a great experience ! Dr. Palaganas is always making sure everything is going well ! I'm extremely happy with my results.
It's a nice friendly place and the workers are really sweet and take care of their patients wry good and my teeth ended up looking really nice
If you dont mind waiting 4 hours to actually get in then this is the place for you. Have any plans after visiting? Well kiss them good bye! Coming here is worse than going to the dmv as far as wait times go, it turnes into a whole day affair. I waited 4 hours. 3 for the xray and 1 to get in.
Needs improvements the times I'm been there twice ,they pass me 3 hrs. After the time of my appointment...
