Terrible service. We have been waiting for the retainers for over a month now and they don’t even have the courtesy to call us back or even apologize for the delay. Very disappointing customer service.
The billing department is lazy and incompetent. They can’t do something as simple as process an automatic payment and then make you pay a huge charge later on once the bill has accumulated to hundreds of dollars. As long as it’s not their problem they clearly don’t care
Diamond Braces, and everyone I worked with here has been wonderful. The entire staff worked diligently to complete my treatment within the stated timeframe, and were incredibly friendly every visit. Making / changing appointments is very flexible and easy to manage. I'm very grateful for everyone involved, and can check the box on having a smile I'm proud of!
I've been bringing my kids to Diamond Braces for 8 years and 3rd kid later. They are amazing and I recommend to everyone!
