Very disappointed with Diamond Braces Stamford. I’ve already paid over $4,300 for my treatment, yet I just received another call demanding additional money to fix what I consider a minor issue that should have been addressed during the treatment I already paid for. I had a very disappointing experience with this orthodontic office and would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to do their research and think carefully before committing. Over the last few years we met different staff in the office . This years staff has been very good and very kind to me. We’ve seen many different doctors and assistants and most times they have been very nice to us .

If the management truly cares, please fix the appointment time made to the actual service time. This is the second time coming in and 30+ minutes for no reason staring at this ugly reception area. I usually avoid putting a bad review unless it is truly bad; and nothing worse than making your patients wait for no reason when you confirmed their appointment time 4 times throughout the days before it. I had a great experience at Diamond Braces! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail. They answered all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. I'm excited to start my braces journey and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic care!
