Waited 1 hour for an appointment. Attended a Free consult. Asked for braces removal and switching to Invisalign. After charging me $206 and wasting 2 additional hours, the anonymous orthodontist (he never bothered introducing himself) decided that he will not remove braces. Orthodontist (tall, blonde) clearly has some internal issues. I wasted three hours being here.
