If the management truly cares, please fix the appointment time made to the actual service time. This is the second time coming in and 30+ minutes for no reason staring at this ugly reception area. I usually avoid putting a bad review unless it is truly bad; and nothing worse than making your patients wait for no reason when you confirmed their appointment time 4 times throughout the days before it. I had a great experience at Diamond Braces! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail. They answered all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. I'm excited to start my braces journey and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic care!

I'm concerned about the plethora of negative reviews. They seem to respond to the customer complaint by referring them to the email address instead of addressing their legitimate issue openly. If you are told you have a free consultation and they bill your insurance, that's dishonest. Most reputable offices will absolutely not charge the insurance company a single penny for a complimentary service, PERIOD. The customer service and orthodontic services were top tier. My appointment was timely, the doc and techs executed their services well. The only thing that I will say is that the need to keep the sinks well wiped-down. I have decided to transfer my treatment from the Stamford office to the Yonkers office because I was so impressed with their service.
