I was refused care because I wouldnt pay my bill in cash. due to the fact that my daughter retainer broke in 2 places . I found out that th he retainer was defected . I explain to the female in billing that I'll give you my credit card but I'll dispute the charge.. she said " your paying in cash sir" really !! lol.. some joke??
