Walk into a dirty foyer, into a filthy elevator and into a room that has no seats because they obviously overbook. Nine of us standing for an hour. I wish I had looked around first. Oh, there are 11 of us now. The staff are nice but they really need to improve the service. Oops. 15 now. This is GREAT!
I have been very happy with my experience at Diamond Braces so far. The staff was very helpful and informative while I was making my decision and comparing different orthodontists. They offer a variety of options and can work with you to set up a payment plan. Everyone is always very pleasant and appointments are timely. I would definitely recommend Diamond Braces!
