I've had two tattoos from Michael and they were perfect, and he was so personable. The third time around though, he cancelled my appointment twice. The first time, he was sick. Totally understandable, even though I was almost to Scottsdale by the time he texted me. Second time, no reason, no response, nothing. Won't even text back. So I've planned my day around travelling from Surprise twice now, and it's fallen though. It's not professional business practice to blow off your customers.
Took my 8-year-old to get her ears pierced and Jarrad was awesome! Explained everything to her as he was doing it and made her feel very comfortable. Would recommend him to anyone.
I’ve gotten tattooed twice and pierced twice (two in one sitting) and I’ve had nothing but a great experience! Jarod is a great tattooer, and was so kind and mindful both times. Highly recommend!
