The person they sent out to my home was Stephen, was very nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job and worked around our work schedule. He made sure to educate me so I knew what was going on with my unit and talked me through everything he would be doing to get it back to where it should be. Everything is running great now.

Stephen at Diamond Blue Air is great, efficient, knows what he's doing and helps me each time. I've had to call him twice. Arrives when he says he will, got my AC working quickly. Also gave me a short term/long term plan since we all know HVAC problems could be pricey and the most cost efficient way to handle things. He figured out the warranty situation, is to the point, logical, and down to earth. He's also very nice and my very protective dog likes him too. Five stars :)
