These folks are good. They came though for us when we were in a difficult situation. They were available for us when we needed them. Their analysis was spot on and got to the root of the problem. Their pricing is fair. I felt like they cared for me and what I was going through.

As usual, Stephen, my tech, was punctual and efficient for my scheduled maintenance today. He helped talk me through an issue last week and we were able to fix it by phone! I appreciate the consistently good service I get from him and Diamond Blue Air.
Called Diamond Blue Air to get help for the AC Unit. Stephen is the one who turned up and am extremely happy with the support. Stephen is very considerate and not one of those who just wanted to get maximum buck out of customer’s pocket. He went extra mile to help with the refrigerant.
