Choosing these doors years ago, they seem to be a very well designed door that works. We did have one problem with a motor that was covered under warranty and Micah at Service provided step-by-step advice on resetting the door with the circuit board after the motor installation. very helpful. They phoned back they are there to really help you and get the door going again exceptional door, exceptional service, very polite and courteous people that are there to help.👌👌
The locking mechanism was cracked, they immediately sent one out.
