Besides the absolute STANK from a few blocks away KIST LIVESTOCK MANURE PILES, this place would be better when sitting out on your deck/patio with some "fresh air 'n friends"! Wouldn't recommend diamond bend. Management won't respond to my emails trying to resolve my ongoing struggle with loud upstairs neighbors. I've had packages stolen multiple times. Everything is much dirtier since they acquired the property. Other neighbors have complained of roaches. This place is going downhill fast.
