I really don’t have any negative things to say about Dr. Chae. Dr. Chae is super nice, I have been going there for years now. He is very attentive, and takes the time to explain everything in detail, which I truly appreciate. However, I have found my experience with the person answering the phone at the front desk to be very unpleasant.
