When I still worked out here, I witnessed lots of unsavory behavior such as cliques and gossip. The owners are unprofessional and instigate drama among the members. Avoid this place and check out other boxes.
Great gym! I dropped in for a workout during a visit home for the holidays and as soon as I walked in the coach came in and said hello, checked in to see what my experience with CrossFit was and got me all settled for the workout. It wasn't just the coach either. Several of the gym members came over to introduce themselves and say hello. Facility was clean, the coaches explained the workout clearly and the vibes were great. Highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be dropping by next time in town.

If you want an awesome community and get a total workout that always challenges try CrossFit! Never boring! This is the only one stuck with me for years! I love the people there and the coaches! You don’t want diseases and feel great about your choices of health? Come and try it!
