Great gym! I dropped in for a workout during a visit home for the holidays and as soon as I walked in the coach came in and said hello, checked in to see what my experience with CrossFit was and got me all settled for the workout. It wasn't just the coach either. Several of the gym members came over to introduce themselves and say hello. Facility was clean, the coaches explained the workout clearly and the vibes were great. Highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be dropping by next time in town.
