TLDR- I ordered a birthday cake, they got the order wrong, and the staff actively said they wouldn't do anything about it.
I ordered a mango mousse cake for my brother's birthday. After driving all the way from north Las Vegas to pick it up, I received a cake with a plain whipped cream frosting and fruit on top--absolutely nothing like what I ordered. The frosting was sickly sweet, the cake was dry, and the fruit was either canned or severely underripe. When I called to tell them they had placed the wrong order, they claimed I had ordered the wrong cake on the phone. I am sure I placed the order correctly because I order this cake every year. They then proceeded to make absolutely NO effort to rectify the situation. It ruined our birthday celebration and my brother was very disappointed to not have received his favorite cake.
Will not go back ever again. They obviously have no regard for customer satisfaction.
