I had a non-functioning headlight. I got in the day I discovered the problem, they got the needed bulb, fixed my headlight, and I was out the door in less than an hour.
The staff at Diamond Automotive completely restored my faith in a repair shop being honest, fair and customer oriented. They fixed my truck in a reasonable time, back their work, and very affordable in comparison to other shops. 100% will recommend you to anyone needing repairs and I will definitely be coming back if future issues arise with any of our vehicles. From the start of my visit, I had a great feeling. I was greeted by an adorable loving black lab puppy. I took the time to explain my situation and all my concerns with my "new to me" vehicle were addressed with professional understanding. I was even asked if this was my first European car. I said yes and was given a "walk through" of my cars important parts, both under the hood and under the car. The customer service is top notch (even snuggle dogs while you wait). The team at Diamond Auto went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. They stayed true to their word on the price they quoted even though the repair ended up exceeding that amount.
