WORST place to buy a vehicle don't buy here bunch of lemons
So I discovered my truck has a chain bolted for a engine mount.....yeah...How did my vehicle pass state inspection?? Sounds sketchy to me I was sold a lemon((DONT BUY FROM THEM!))🤨
My experience doing business with Diamond Automobile was an excellent and amazing experience I was well taken care of also my family. They are customer friendly 100% ,customer service is out of this world. As for Financial aspect it was to be expected, just ask about any or everything and they have your solution It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with the company thumbs up guys . Your name says it all “ Like Diamonds “
If I could leave no stars I would talk about shady dishonest B- lot slimy used car sales people. But what can you expect they run their business out of an old restaurant , I have contacted the Better Business Bureau attorney general and the DMV of Virginia. I’m pretty sure the state will take a look into their policies procedures paperwork mileage report on cars and unfair business practices.
