I tried calling about a product. I saw online and some guy answered the phone hello. And I’m like hello is this diamond auto supply? He’s like uhhh yeah…. Very unprofessional . Ultimately their website said that they would offer free shipping and so I called and after the guy said hello and I figured out that he was actually an employee.
