My need of a car was a bit spontaneous, and hadn't saved enough for the car of my liking. I had $2000, for down payment and the car was $7500 a 2007 BMW. The dealership owner was very rude and unrespectful, refusing that I even test drive that car, that the bank would not accept my deal. My husband and I purchased a Saturn Vue late last year. The vehicle that we purchased has been in the shop, more than it's been out! We've put in a new transmission, overhauled the entire brake system, radiator, wheel bearings and lots of other smaller repairs. Luckily, we also bought an extended warranty. I had purchased a 2001 dodge stratus from Diamond Auto Sales on 74 and Harlem and this car has been nothing but trouble. First they sell me a car with a Locked Radio . Then a day passes and the rear shocks breaks. I had to spend 400$ to get it fixed. Then a couple days pass and my engine starts to over heat. They sold me a car with a broke water pump. Before I purchased a 2004 Lincoln Navigator, Diamond Auto Sales offered to fully repair the suspension, and replace two tires with steel belts exposed. We had reached an understanding that I would not purchase this vehicle unless these repairs were made. I purchased it on 9/7/13, & did not receive delivery of the vehicle until 9/10/13, as they were making the repairs they agreed to.
