He did a great job shampoo'ing my seats - there were a couple stains I had a feeling wouldn't be removable, but he otherwise did well, ran the ozone machine inside the car at night to combat the shampoo odor, and had the car warmed up and ready for me when I arrived to pick it up in the morning. I will use him again for future detailing.
