I am floored at how terrible these people are. It's unreal how dense, self-centered, and incompetent they are. And, literally right now, they have my vehicle, won't answer the phone, won't return emails, and they have had my car for two weeks and have done a couple days worth of work on it. Do I need to contact the police to get my car?!
