Based on the Google reviews I had a small spot weld done on a gold chain. A week later found out it was $70 not $17 as I had understood. Outrageous for a few minutes of work. Asked for something else to be done on a pendant but found out they did not note down the request so had not done the work. They offered to let me know when the items were fixed but didn't.
