We had a terrible experience with Diamond 4 Realty and their realtor Timothy Rakow back in June, 2019. The house we bought from him had several hidden issues, including an extensive bedbug infestation, a sizable roof leak that left puddles in our garage after the first rain and a dysfunctional furnace that we’re now going to have to replace.
