After years of being unhappy with my aging neck, I made two great decisions. The first was to get a necklift and the second was to entrust Dr. Diamantis to perform the surgery. I was apprehensive for sure but after my consult there was no turning back. Here I am four weeks out and I am beyond happy with my results. I look and feel so much better and confident about my appearance. Dr. Diamantis is compassionate and an excellent surgeon. If you are even contemplating plastic surgery; go for it. Life is too short.

I have had several procedures done over the past 15 years and each experience has been excellent. I have been extremely satisfied with the results. Dr. Diamantis and his staff are very professional,compassionate, have great bed side manner, and are very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining what each procedure entails and details about care and recovery times. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Cleveland cosmetic surgery office. From the moment I walked in Tiffany made me feel comfortable, informed and cared for. For neurotoxin, they charge per area, regardless of amount, so for what I usually get, it would be $189 for 2 units of Xeomin? Nope! (And the country music they were playing was awful.)
