Went in with my earring backs to have them inspected, as one was not holding. THEY LOST THEM! GOLD earring backs! LOST! They did not call back. When I called to see what was going on they tried to deny I even brought them in. Management tried to blame me for the issue. I have tried to find a compromise and they are unwilling to work with me in anyway. In fact still waiting for them to call me back. I wanted a local jeweler, and now I know who NOT to go to.
