Absolutely wonderful experience! David and his wife were so kind and helpful. I brought in a small gold engagement band, with a design, that I needed resized down. David was very transparent, explaining that the design might be affected by the resizing, and he even suggested I consider replacing the ring from the original seller instead of having him do the work—such a sincere gesture that showed he cared more about what was best for me than making a sale. L'employé était déjà occupé avec des clients. Il a proposé de m'aider. Pas vraiment le choix dans le style de gemmes que je cherchais. Le décor du magasin fait très ringard. Pas incitant à acheter des bijoux de plusieurs centaines de dollars!
