I bought 2 Groupons for my daughter and myself for 60 min massages. Erica and I texted and she said today, 9/24 was good. Our first appointment was for 4. We arrived a few minutes early and the spa was closed. I texted her several times to let her know we were there. I also called and got a full box voicemail. I am so disappointed because this was my daughters birthday gift. It’s 8pm and she has not texted me back or nor has she called me.
