Long over due review. I was looking for a local jeweler in Pasadena for a custom engagement ring. After calling around a few other stores, I ended up talking to Nick at Diamano Jewelry, we set up an appointment over the phone. Nick was great, he had a great selection of both lab and natural diamonds. I was able to select the diamond I liked and he put a quote together for my ring. Went in for a consultation to remake an engagement ring and was really impressed with Nick’s knowledge and interpersonal skills. His business and products speak for themselves but on top of that, Nick is just really good people.
Nick was super helpful in helping me design a ring that fit what I wanted for my girlfriend, super knowledgable about the pros and cons of certain choices, and more than reasonable about working within my budget. I was on a fairly short timeline (less than 1 month) and he delivered without any issue. He was communicative throughout the whole process and kept me updated with pictures and videos of the ring construction. Overall just really professional and easy to work with. Will definitely be going back for bands.
I've known Nick for a while. I met him when he hired me to help him with his new store on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena. I did his phone system network and cameras. I've been his IT guy ever since. I had him make a engagement ring for my wife. It came out beautiful. Amazing I just had him do another ring for her. The time and craftsmanship that went into it, you wouldn't believe.
