I had a great experience working with Mario! My diamond from my engagement ring had come loose from its 4-prong setting and fell out, I've had issues with it before where I had to get the prongs tightened multiple times, so it was very concerning for me that my diamond wasn't secure. I first went to a chain store to see if we can do something about it, but they told me they could only put the diamond back into the original setting. Mario is an absolute pleasure to work with, very friendly, has a memory like a steel trap, and preforms outstanding work! I have taken a few gold rings and engagement ring to him to have re-sized and each one has come back looking better than the day I bought them. Mario is very organized and thorough with his practice.
