While the Doctors, Nurses, and Technicians of the Joy Drive Dialysis center are all top notch I have a problem with the receptionist there. I have heard the staff complain amongst themselves often as it is. But on Monday 9/16, "the receptionist" was openly rude, belligerent, and frankly a bull to my wife as we were waiting for the techs to come and bring her into the back for treatment.
