My daughter was a patient at this facility. She was only 42 years old, and we had high hopes; however, the nurse director was the most uncaring person I have ever met. I tried to speak with her about being rude to my daughter, and she replied that she didn’t have to like her My daughter would come home in tears and feeling horrible. I’m here to comment on whoever mr Donald pec is. Dci Montrose has no control over transportation company and their hours of operation. Patients are responsible for their own transportation to dialysis unit. We can only assist in calling for them to come and pick up after treatment.
Scheduling is horrible. They not only keep their patient waiting for a ride to Delta an hour they keep 4 other diallysis patients waiting over 1 hour to go to Delta
Not impressed with their rudeness on the phone. Nor the way clients are treated.
