For the love of God, teach your people to turn OFF THE GODDAMN ALARMS!! everyone ignores the dialysis machine alarms. They go off unattended for 5 minutes at a time. As a patient this is literally torture. It is patient cruelty. If the fire alarms go off, that's shut off within seconds. But the machines, with living people attached to them? Nobody cares. Teach them better. This is simple Turn off the goddamn alarms!
I am no one special. I am a peace officer. I walked in your clinic on 04/11/22 at around 8:20 AM. I wear a uniform and a badge. I walked in and asked the receptionist if I may use the restroom. She said no. After I told her I was driving around and I needed to use the restroom. I said hi she did not respond and she didn't even say sorry. That's just wrong. Officer Garcia
Was allowed to be BLED outta my cathter . The ROSE with thorns took blue tip off then opened the line an walk ed away allowing precious blood to flow freely allover my chuck. Attempted murder maybe not but the staff are greT at hurting us patients. I wantdr xiou with compassion he realky cares honestly about the well being of his patients
Staff is awesome, conveniently close to home about .5 mile away.. Missin the great staff at the East clinic also.. All amazing.
