Being a new patient on dialysis its been frightening. These people are very caring' reassuring' very nice' supportive. I find the place well run and relaxing. The doctor is a busy man but i like how he walks around and talks with the patients. When ive had a question the staff have communicated easily with the doctor and answered asap. My experience so far has been made as comfortable as possible for me. I'm glad i chose this place.
I have gone to many different clinics and hospitals for dialysis treatments. East Liverpool DCI is not like any other I have ever encountered. ALL of the staff are so caring and supportive of their patients. They have great teamwork and respect for each other and the patients. They actually want to help and they do. Dialysis is not easy nor fun, but they make it tolerable and there is always a laugh to be had. The staff here is exceptional and I thank them for making us feel special and safe.
They take care patients very well and good.
It's a well run and staffed place. All the nurses and techs are great. Very caring and attentive. I don't mind spending a few hours three days per week there.
