I have gone to many different clinics and hospitals for dialysis treatments. East Liverpool DCI is not like any other I have ever encountered. ALL of the staff are so caring and supportive of their patients. They have great teamwork and respect for each other and the patients. They actually want to help and they do. Dialysis is not easy nor fun, but they make it tolerable and there is always a laugh to be had. The staff here is exceptional and I thank them for making us feel special and safe.
They take care patients very well and good.
It's a well run and staffed place. All the nurses and techs are great. Very caring and attentive. I don't mind spending a few hours three days per week there.
Terrible facility. They do not provide individual level of care. They treat you as a number like everyone else. They refuse treatment when you need it. Professionalism is lacking. Very condescending staff. Staff afraid to communicate with doctor for patient. Doctor in over his head with too many offices to run.
