Mostly these women do an amazing job handling dci related issues and such. They've always treated my mother with the utmost respect and take very good care of her. My complaint is outside the building. Right in front of the door labeled "no smoking, oxygen in use" they allow patients to smoke right there where everyone has to walk through. Its incredibly unprofessional. This post will be removed or updated if the issue is resolved but thats not only disgusting, its a major safety hazard and needs to be addressed.
Great team. & very clean office
On a Nashville last night, I sat next to a stranger whose father received care at DCI in Waverly, Tennessee. She was impressed by the kindness and care of the staff. Excellent care for those with ESRD.
