I love the way they decorate their tree for every season, and they have great days when I show up and leave. They are good teachers for me and new employees. They don't mind when they have time to get to know each other better. They have solutions for your problems if you ask. They don't but in on your conversations without asking. They check on you make sure everything is good. They make a great team. Even with the social worker and other people that work there.
