Recently went on 10 day cruise, exceptional staff, equipment worked well, a very good experience and will certainly do it again
First, it is so wonderful that there is a company that offers dialysis while cruising! My husband & I have taken 3 of these cruises with not one problem. The staff on board have been fabulous. Yes, times can be an issue but you can work around it. The prices are high but if you think about how many rooms are needed for patient care and rooms for the staff, it does get expensive. The only problem is not being able to go more often because of the price, but it is understandable. I HIGHLY recommend DAS!
My husband took three times from Dialysis of the sea. Before he needed that service. I can book any cruise lines myself . Every year the extra charge getting higher and higher. Most join them are disability or seniors. And those charges unable cover from the insurance company. If you don’t have that kind of extra money unable to go with them. Dialysis at Sea Cruises is amazing! Everyone is so accommodating from there staffing and they really take pride in making sure that all there patients have a comfortable and fun sailing! Would strongly recommend anyone who is currently on dialysis or knows someone who is to book a cruise vacation with Dialysis at Sea Cruises because the memories you will make on your cruise vacation will be unforgettable!
