Dialysis at Sea Cruises is amazing! Everyone is so accommodating from there staffing and they really take pride in making sure that all there patients have a comfortable and fun sailing! Would strongly recommend anyone who is currently on dialysis or knows someone who is to book a cruise vacation with Dialysis at Sea Cruises because the memories you will make on your cruise vacation will be unforgettable!
The policy when it comes to having insurance and not being able to receive a refund due to a mitigating circumstance is crazy. Its like whats the point of paying for something that you cant use? Case in point. I had an upcoming cruise with Royal Caribbean and I was planning to use Dialysis at Sea as I am on Hemodialysis. Not too long ago, I receive a life changing call that I have a Kidney donor and that I had to prep for surgery.
