If you could give negative stars would. Dirty facility, the staff is nice after a few times. Very dirty everything. Floors, bathrooms, desks, dialysis chairs all dirty. My patient received ana infection a couple of weeks from being there. Not enough nurses, aids play it off as a nurses. Horrible place, I don't know how this place is still open. I've spoke with fellow nurses and each one has heard a horror story about that place.
