I needed to have my drainfield replaced and checked with numerous companies on prices and references. I went with Dial because they are reasonable and were very courteous. They explained the whole process to me and explained the possible timelines. They took great care of me and treated the job as if it were their own home. My son also needs a drainfield and he is using Dial based on my recommendation, because I highly recommend this great company. I will be using them to pump my tank whenever necessary too.
They came out to my house earlier in the week due to my pump not working. The GFI sas faulty. They dont do electrical work but while they were here they checked the tank for me and let me know that it looks great and doesn't need to be pumped for a few years. Since they couldn't fix my issue they didn't charge me the $85 diagnostic fee. really nice guys! They will have my business in the future when needed.
We had a wonderful experience with Dial Septic! They came the same day, and were able to resolve our drain clog issue! They had great customer service! I highly recommend them!
My septic alarm went off. I did the usual troubleshooting and then called Dial. They were on the job within a couple of hours. They worked quickly and professionally and I was back in business. Thanks for the great service.
