I always Appreciate the kindness and professionalism miss Kim exudes every time she calls to schedule an appointment for a termite inspection. We’ve been with Dial 1 for years and have been very satisfied with their service.
Our condo was treated for termites by Dial One after we found fras on the carpet in the living room. The technician, Edgor Mejia, was very polite and informative. He was prepared for our 12 ft. ceiling height and patched the hole after treating for the termites. Excellent job!
Updating my review for 2024. Dial One has been my termite company for a decade, and we haven't seen any termites in our structure in that time, even while the house next door got devoured. Kim is always very friendly and professional on the phone. Whether taking payment or scheduling a visit, Kim is terrific. The crews they send out to inspect seem thorough, and sometimes I send pictures of random bugs I find, and they let me know those bugs aren't destructive. Edgar Mejia treated my home with Terrmidor as a termite protection system on December 13, 2024. He was very diligent in his work, which included trenching and treating the soil. It is difficult work and time consuming. He seems to be very particular in his application. I found him very pleasant to talk to, and he had a very positive attitude about the process which took at least six hours to perform. If you’re lucky enough to have him assigned to your project, I think you will agree with me.
