I totally forgot to do my review. But in April I ended up finding out I had either squirrels or rats in my attic , I ended up coming across Dail 1. I hired them because we had agreed they were going to catch whatever was in my attic and also they offered a service for fish baits , rats and Roches. Highly recommended, very knowledgeable, especially with regard to termite prevention and mitigation. This is not a national corporate company, nor a national franchise. Franklynn is locally owned and operated that has been doing business here in Metairie for over 55-yrs. I always Appreciate the kindness and professionalism miss Kim exudes every time she calls to schedule an appointment for a termite inspection. We’ve been with Dial 1 for years and have been very satisfied with their service.
Our condo was treated for termites by Dial One after we found fras on the carpet in the living room. The technician, Edgor Mejia, was very polite and informative. He was prepared for our 12 ft. ceiling height and patched the hole after treating for the termites. Excellent job!
Updating my review for 2024. Dial One has been my termite company for a decade, and we haven't seen any termites in our structure in that time, even while the house next door got devoured. Kim is always very friendly and professional on the phone. Whether taking payment or scheduling a visit, Kim is terrific. The crews they send out to inspect seem thorough, and sometimes I send pictures of random bugs I find, and they let me know those bugs aren't destructive.
