This is the sorriest company ever. Today I was supposed to have my carpet clean instead I had my carpet wet. When they left I still had stains that was supposed to be removed. I called to complain and instead of the gentleman apologizing for the sorry job he called his techs and called me back and said they said they did the process. A 5 to 10 min cleaning is not a process. I wouldn't recommend this sorry company to anyone.
