This business charged me via my home care package, 3.5 hours to pick up 3 boxes and 2 empty pot plants, over $300!!! The job took 15 minutes! It is high time the government cracked down on these grifters overcharging home care package recipients.
Marilyn assisted us with a function at home. She was very friendly and highly professional, requiring little instruction. She took care of serving and cleaning, and prioritised tasks well.
They have great people that come and do the work, but the company is run by two rank amateurs that wouldn't know customer service if it got up and hit them. Awful to deal with every phone call. Best avoided.
I had my lounge done. It took him ten minutes. I asked if he couls do an extra chair base whilst here & he refused. Really made no difference at all & i would actually like my money back so i can have it done properly.
