They have great people that come and do the work, but the company is run by two rank amateurs that wouldn't know customer service if it got up and hit them. Awful to deal with every phone call. Best avoided.
I had my lounge done. It took him ten minutes. I asked if he couls do an extra chair base whilst here & he refused. Really made no difference at all & i would actually like my money back so i can have it done properly.
Absolutely disgusting job, paid for an industrial clean, not that I believe I needed it and he left many stains, which I got out with sard and a damp cloth. Paid for a full lounge clean but he only did where we sit. Got him back after complaining he couldn’t explain why the foot rests, the arms and the back of the lounge where dry but argued he did very loudly. I ordered him out of my home. Never use this mob
