TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! Every time i call 24 hours in advance for a ride , I'm always told there’s no slots available or that time is booked up ! Then what’s the point of me calling in advance for ?? Just silly & BACKWARDS !! What’s the point of calling IN ADVANCE , so you all can make the adjustments & become available . & if you don’t get RF ( reduced fair ) or stay closer in town , there’s no point of the punch card . A ride there and back basically the whole card especially going to Walmart ! They don’t even deserve a STAR ... read more

Bought a ticket and can't use because they said they'll never be able to get me to work because of my time needed 2 be at work. ???? Even with 24 hr notice. I want my money bk then if I can't use your service. Just wow
