I used Dial A Maid for the 1st time. The team was prompt and very professional. They came in and asked what I wanted them to do and they did it and were finished before I knew it. I would definately recommend them to my friends.
Excellent Cleaning Service We have used Dial-a-Maid for weekly cleaning and special projects (pre/post-party, moving) over the past 20 years. The crews (usually 2) they send have been hard workers and thorough. In a previous review some mention was made of language skills. If we feel we aren't communicating, we just call the Dial-a-Maid office for a quick translation. This rarely happens-- most of the staff have good functional English. Great, reliable housecleaning service! – We have used Dial-a-Maid on and off for years--- weekly housekeeping and project cleaning when we moved from Evanston to Wilmette. They send a team of 2 or 3 people and do a thorough job. The housekeepers that have come to our home have been pleasant and hard working. Maids I use this maid service pretty much on a bi-weekly basis. I like these maids because they are easy to use and very convenient. Usually, they just come in during the day. The always bring their own cleaning supplies and utilities, so I don't have to worry about having to go buy them or stock up on them. They usually take a couple of hours but they do a great job and when they leave my place looks spankin new.
