I was very pleased with the service I received here. I had severe pain and swelling in my left leg and ankle. Had an ultrasound here performed by a skilled and empathetic technician. This was a new condition and I was able to walk in and quickly get the ultrasound completed and learn that I did not have a clot.
The front off staff are so unprofessional. They really need customer service training. They had a gentleman come in and he was in a wheel chair and needed assistance filling out paperwork work. He was meet with stares and they acted like it would have been too much to help him. The service was. They were rude and make fun of everyone who came in. I know finding people to work maybe challenging but they are not making this clinic look good.
Great all around. Dr. Flinn and the staff made me feel very welcomed and did an awesome job calming me down during a needle biopsy. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and professional experience. Thank you
Excellent care and customer service
Waiting to see an Ultrasound tech is a joke! Two plus hours!!! If we have to do this again we will go somewhere else.
