Great all around. Dr. Flinn and the staff made me feel very welcomed and did an awesome job calming me down during a needle biopsy. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and professional experience. Thank you
Excellent care and customer service
Waiting to see an Ultrasound tech is a joke! Two plus hours!!! If we have to do this again we will go somewhere else.
Flinn clinic has no concern or since of urgency for the patients that's referred to this clinic that has monopolized the midsouth. I experienced horrible service at the Germantown location a week ago. Spoke with supervisor who wasn't present in clinic at the time. I came to the other location in Midtown were I was told that they were no longer seeing walk-ins for ultrasounds due to them Only having 1 ultrasound tech. I called on Friday and wasn't given the disclaimer. Needless to say my diagnosis takes a lot of courage to go... read more
Rude receptionist. I called before pulling up and was told they have open availability where they can see me. I get there and have to wait an entire hour before I had to leave. Don’t come to this location in you don’t have more than an hour to wait for a simple chest X-Ray and I will be letting my doctor know about the horrible customer service as well.
