The personnel at Diagnostic Tune go out of their way to help you. My car broke down out of town and I didn't have time to go get it. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Thank you!
GREAT SHOP. I have been getting our cars fixed there for years. Whether it be a power steering cylinder leak, Cadillac climate control air conditioning that i could not find anyone else that could fix it correctly at the time, most recently a new radiator replaced each time, and one time my air conditioner compressor was replaced with a japaneese one that could outlast the american made compressors and it worked well. EXCELLENT SHOP. I don't understand some of these one star reviews. Shop was good. Nice new manager. Fixed my a/c problem with out a hitch. Would recommend again.
Liars and rip people out of their money.. Was told ac fix was only going to be 225 then at checkout the increased the price to 275!.. Not to mention their so called fix to our ac only lasted 2 hrs!!!.. Took back the next day and they said sorry we didnt know this part was messed up so will be another $350!! Wouldnt reimburse for their shitty job and lien that it was fixed after the first 250 they received!! Never take ur car there!
I give them a big thumbs up and I have found my new repair shop!
100% Best Auto repair in town Panama and i recommend them to everyone :) :) :) Thumbs up :) :) :)
Worst customer service I've ever experienced! The owner was screaming at me because I refused to pay a restocking fee (of over $50) for a part that I did not request he order. The only good thing I can say is that the technician was very polite and helpful. I still will not go to this shop ever again, and I DO NOT recommend it to anyone else!
