I have had two recent procedures at the DRI (via a program called Sesame). Was totally impressed and pleased with interactions and services from all staff.
Worst patient care ever from their receptionist Sherri. Very, very rude. Techs are super kind and very professional. But I couldn’t deal with Sherri. She shouldn’t work in a position that would cause her to treat people like that.
