I am on a payment plan, they send me to collections for a bill they are automatically taking monthly payments on....this is extremely illegal. I call them, they stated i wasn't sent to collections.... so Asset Recovery Group insisted it was sent by them. Then threats, but Diagnostic radiologists state otherwise. What a scam! Will direct my doctor to send us somewhere else.

They will intentionally bill patients incorrect charges for services. It’s a hassle to dismiss them and avoid them being sent to collections. for anyone experiencing this. Make a complaint to the better business bureau

These folks are definitely running some kind of scam by billing patients for things that should be billed to Medicaid. I notified them 3 times that my charge was covered by insurance, but they apparently refused to fix it because I just got a bill from a collections agency. They obviously don't know that sending bills to Medicaid patients is ILLEGAL...
