I made an appointment on 07/25/2019. On 07/24/2019 I receive a call from them. The woman on the phone told me that they we're still waiting on clinician notes for approval of the MRI of my shoulder and neck. So I then asked her how quickly would it be before they received that and how soon it would be before I could reschedule. She stated that she doesn't know how soon it would be but I could reschedule now for 2 weeks from then and that should cover it if not I could reschedule again later. this is the second time I have been there and both times was treated with courtesy and respect. All the folks are very professional yet still friendly. They explain what they are doing and why. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean and we'll cared for. I won't have my tests done anywhere else now!
