Excellent service love all the staff there very nice an friendly with the patients I highly recommend this place
Wonderful experience. Staff is very considerate and makes you feel very comfortable with all the necessary procedures for the CAT scan. There was very little waiting. Everything was very professional.
Very nice people...arrived at 2 and by 2:15 was admitted eventho my appointment was at 2:30
The Ultrasound tech was wonderful, and Very patient being that I wasn't feeling well at all...The Atmosphere was Professional...I couldn't give them a 5 because I paid half in cash and have in card to take the other half of the payment...and the front desk girl seemed out of her element, and said she didn't know if she could take Cash??? Really? She said we had to wait until her Supervisor was out of a meeting to ask her..it was a bit crazy..
Very courteous and friendly, although the staff does need more experience when it comes to a test that requires an IV, tried 3 times to find a vein and I had to stop them. They were apologetic but could not complete the test.
The staff were very polite. Took care of you as you walk in. Not much wait time. I would recommend one I would got back if I had to. Thank you
I prefer DOI for imaging. The staff is professional, friendly, and extremely organized. When you're in there for a 40 minute MRI, friendliness and attentiveness are a must and DOI provides that for me.
