worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Friendly staff quick and efficient
This lab needs more than 1 person working! No reason to be here for an hour! Ridiculous! And your response to make an appointment instead, doesn't help all the other patients that were waiting as well. I wasn't the only patient pissed about the wait. You had 2 other elderly couples in the waiting room as well who weren't happy about waiting so long. Why only have one phleb at a location?? Hello again DLO! I always make an appointment and get really prompt and very friendly service. they're very professional and I haven't had any issues with them getting blood from my arm. they can get busy but I've always had a good experience.
