Made an appointment a week ahead. Arrived more than 15 minutes early and checked in to wait. The screen at my appointment time said "5 minutes" wait time for me and it even noted I had an appointment. No one else on the screen had an appointment notation. Fifteen minutes later, they took another walk-in in front of me and I had to get back to work having wasted my entire lunch hour thinking an appointment meant something.
