Had ti drop off a urine sample, nobody at front, knock on door, nobody came, call and left vm, why have a phone if you are not going to answer it. Not impress with operatrions
This lab needs more than 1 person working! No reason to be here for an hour! Ridiculous! And your response to make an appointment instead, doesn't help all the other patients that were waiting as well. I wasn't the only patient pissed about the wait. You had 2 other elderly couples in the waiting room as well who weren't happy about waiting so long. Why only have one phleb at a location??

The male customer service rep was rude and not patient. I confirmed they take my insurance and I had a valid doc orders. The tech was unfriendly and unhelpful, barely speaking and being curt because she could not find the doc in her registry. I explained the doc office was right across the parking lot from their office. I could see it. But rather than help she said she needed further clarification so I would have to return. The tech Leah inserted the needle and I felt like she was pulling away from my vein. Like my arm was laying one direction and the needle was resisting it bc she was pulling away from me. It was strange and painful and I have a red blotch and bump now. Usually the techs just go with how the patients arm is laying without raising and pulling the needle away while drawing blood, no? : (
