It was easy to make an appt online, they were running on time, Abby did a wonderful job painlessly taking my blood. Friendly and professional service.
Gross. The “nurse” or phlebotomist didn’t even wipe the chair down after they drew blood before me! I could literally see the sweaty greasy arm imprints on the arm rest! If that was left behind, so was any bodily fluids or residual blood. I shouldn’t have had to ask a medical professional to wipe down the area after the previous client. Before she stuck me she took an alcohol pad and just briskly took one swipe over the needle entrance area. Not really cleaning it at all. She then touched the area again!! Went to this DLO location for lab work and had a great experience. The phlebotomist here are very kind and professional, my experience with Chelsea was nothing but amazing! I’ve never experienced no pain when getting labs drawn until I came here! This will always be my go to location while she’s there! Amy was also incredibly kind and they were both also hilarious! They made me feel so comfortable during my time there! Thank you girls.
