My 15-year-old son had an appointment yesterday for bloodwork. I'm a little squeamish when it comes to blood and needles, so of course, my son fainted when the process started. I was panicking because I'd never seen this happen before, and the sweet, young woman drawing his blood was so calm and patient with us. My doctors have been waiting 2 weeks for a pathology report and have reschedule my appointments with them twice. I hear lots of excuses of poor staffing is the delay but the inefficiency is unacceptable. Makes me rethink using Integris for any further surgeries. Definitely only a 1 star operation.
The tech who drew my blood was so rough with the needle. I told her it hurt and she says “I’m sorry it’s almost over” as if that made it better. She shoved the needle as far as the needle could go. My arm is still sore from 3:00pm and it’s now 7:50pm.
Was great experience in and out pretty fast even not able to find my orders. Very friendly tech
