I stopped first at the DLO West facility. The wait showed 23minute w/o appointment and 5 or 6 waiting. Drove to the DLO East location and I was in and out with nobody waiting. Serafina was my tech and she is really good at her job!
Off-site customer service by phone surprisingly poor today. (Lab techs here have always been top-notch at this location -- this isn't about them.) [Later - following up DLO's response to review, called to speak with supervisor; pleasantly surprised to be told that the rep I'd reached mishandled an issue that has a particular (very effective) process in place. Action taken, apology accepted. I'd not hesitate to call customer service again, should the need arise.]

Skylar did my blood work for me and she was the absolute best. Made me feel so comfortable and made the whole thing super easy for me since I’m afraid of needles. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
