I had an mri about a month ago at this office. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. The tech doing the mri was also very good as well and made sure i felt comfortable. I would give this office a 5 star review. But the company itself is trash. I waited close to 3 months total before I could get my mri. This was due to paperwork "getting lost" or they didnt send it to my insurance for approval. It was absolutely ridiculous trying to get in for the imaging appt. Due to another fall I had 2/8, I called on 2/9 to expedite my MRI appt that was set up for the 12th. When i explained she told me she can fit me in that day at 4pm!!! Everyone is so kind and empathetic! I’m so grateful! Have been there before and treatment was same. Yes, this is where I would go any time!
They have always been great to me, great work, very professional.
I hate this company! They over charged me and I have insurance and they never sent me bills or told me I owed money from previous appointments. Then they send a huge bill to collections! I recommend you avoid them !!!
