If I could select -20, I would! Please do NOT use them for anything. I was sent to my doctor with a blank disk. Needless to say, I had to pay again for x-rays that day because it took me two months to get an appointment with the orthopedic. I called the office and the receptionist was very apologetic. When I called regarding the bill, I spoke to the office manager. She deserves the -20! She was condescending and rude. She felt that the doctor's office was not capable of reading x-rays and could have just gotten their report ... read more

I’m sure they take just as good a picture as any other MRI place, but the service could have been better. The area is filled with office buildings housing medical offices. I ended up at another imaging place two buildings over and then at another business also called DIS, one building closer. I was late to my appointment and apologized profusely to the receptionist, letting her know that I understood if I needed to reschedule. I explained why I was late. Have been going here for years never an issue until I called to schedule a CT scan after having to repeat myself numerous times to a very rude Charlotte I will no longer be going to DiS for anything . Customer service matters
