Have been going here for years never an issue until I called to schedule a CT scan after having to repeat myself numerous times to a very rude Charlotte I will no longer be going to DiS for anything . Customer service matters
Just took my baby here and was expecting a huge ordeal and long wait. Maybe we just got lucky the time of day we went, but we were in and out within 20 minutes. They were so kind and sweet to my baby and got the images they needed on the first try.
Went to have MRI for spine. Evwyone was professional and very nice. Was in and out in a timely manner.
I recently visited Diagnostic Imaging Services and had a disappointing experience with the receptionist at the front desk. She was very rude and had an attitude problem, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Additionally, she wore big glasses, making her easily identifiable. It's unfortunate that the initial interaction left such a negative impression. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the overall patient experience.
